In episode 3 we dive into the basics of designing an exercise program. Program design can be pretty daunting to people just starting out, so our goal with this discussion was to only cover the basic concepts of what goes into designing a week long exercise plan. We will return to this topic in future episodes to go into the specifics in greater depth.
